Outta Here Travels is a full-service travel agency that designs relaxed luxury cruises, all-inclusive getaways, romantic escapes, and group trips for busy professionals, multigenerational families, empty nesters, and newly retired travelers.
Outta Here Travels is a great fit if you want premium trips—like beach escapes, reunion cruises, or custom vacations in Europe, the South Pacific, Mexico, or the Caribbean—planned for you so you don't have to manage all the details yourself.
Michelle Osborn, Owner and Lead Travel Advisor, is based in Pampa, Texas, but works with clients all across the United States.
Working with Michelle Osborn as your travel advisor is ideal when you are ready to travel but have limited time or desire to plan every detail yourself. Outta Here Travels saves you hours of researching cruises, resorts, and group trips, then curates relaxed luxury options that fit your style, pace, and budget. You also gain a knowledgeable advocate who manages logistics, tracks details, and supports you before and during travel, so your trip feels like a break—not another project on your to‑do list.
Here’s the simple, step-by-step way we design your trip together.

Please complete a brief Contact Request Form. This will provide me with basic information about what you are looking for before we schedule a consultation.

Schedule a Consultation with Michelle to discuss your goals and preferences. We can speak by phone, in person (if local to the Pampa, Texas area), or by video. During this time, if any planning fee or Plan-To-Go Deposit is required, it will be discussed and explained.

Once you are ready to move forward and begin planning, I will collect any planning fees or deposits that may be due, and this will secure your trip on my work calendar.

Collaborating with trusted industry partners, I’ll design a personalized itinerary tailored just for you.
This is your trip, so your feedback is invaluable to me. I’m here to answer any questions and make adjustments along the way, ensuring every detail reflects your vision.

Once your itinerary is crafted, I confirm all details with trusted travel partners and review the key terms to ensure you are comfortable moving forward. From booking to departure, I stay in touch to answer questions, send reminders, and process payments so everything flows smoothly.

When it is time to travel, you leave with a clear plan and the reassurance that someone is available if a travel emergency or issue comes up. You can stay focused on enjoying your trip instead of stressing over problems.
Please reach Michelle Osborn at hello@outtaheretravels.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
When you work with Outta Here Travels, you work directly with owner and travel advisor Michelle Osborn from start to finish. Michelle has owned Outta Here Travels for over 11 years and personally plans your cruises, resort stays, and group trips rather than handing you off to a call center.
Michelle Osborn is a Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC), and Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) with more than 11 years of agency ownership. Outta Here Travels has been voted Best Travel Agent/Agency by readers of The Pampa News from 2021 through 2025, reflecting strong local trust and repeat clients.
With over a decade of experience, professional certifications, and multiple ‘Best of’ awards from The Pampa News, and countless reviews and testimonials, Outta Here Travels combines training, relationships, and real-world problem‑solving. Owner and travel advisor Michelle Osborn also travels regularly to many of the destinations and cruise ships she recommends, personally touring resorts, ships, and ports so she can match you with options she has personally seen and evaluated.
Michelle plans relaxed premium and luxury cruises, all-inclusive resorts, romantic escapes, custom Europe itineraries, and multigenerational or group trips. The focus is on trips where expert guidance, logistics management, and the right fit matter more than chasing the absolute lowest price.
For popular cruises, it is smart to start planning 12–24 months in advance, especially if you want a specific itinerary or cabin type at a better price. For holiday trips that involve flights and in‑demand resorts, planning 11–12 months ahead is recommended because these dates are among the first to sell out. In today’s travel market, last‑minute deals and wide availability are much less common than they were before 2020, so earlier planning gives you better choices and less stress.
After you complete a short inquiry form, most clients only need a focused consultation and a few quick check-ins to finalize their plans. For cruise or all-inclusive requests, a few days may be all it takes before you are ready to approve and we can book your trip. For groups or more complexe custom-planned itineraries, the planning process will depend on suppliers and other factors such as season of year and time zones.
Yes. I can coordinate options for your whole group, then provide a clear plan and payment deadlines so everyone stays on track. This helps avoid confusion, reduces the pressure on the main organizer, and keeps the group focused on enjoying time together.
If flights are disrupted, plans need to change, or issues arise at your destination, your advisor can help coordinate with suppliers and suggest alternatives if needed. Instead of spending hours on hold or searching for solutions yourself, you have a professional to turn to for support and options.
Travel advisors are typically paid by a combination of partner commissions after travel and, when needed, planning fees for custom or complex trips. This structure allows you to access expert help and support without paying extra for every single component while still ensuring I am compensated for my time and expertise.
For many trips, you pay similar prices to booking on your own because travel partners pay most of my compensation. I charge planning fees for custom work that start at $100 for new clients and increase for complex itineraries or larger groups, based on the complexity and size of the group. Long‑time legacy clients are grandfathered into my earlier structure and are not charged planning fees for cruise or all‑inclusive requests.
I charge a planning fee because planning a trip involves significant expertise and time beyond what supplier commissions cover. Your custom itinerary requires destination research, may require quote comparisons across multiple suppliers, reservation management, and support before and during your trip. Not all travel options pay commissions, so the planning fee ensures I can recommend what's truly best for your trip, not just what pays me. It also confirms you're serious about planning rather than price-shopping, which allows me to invest the necessary time and attention into creating the right experience for you.
